Journal Article 2018 12 01 By viewing the spiritual issues and art philosophy, investigating  Fotowatnameh  shows  that  one of the  grounds of   human's spiritual  growth  is craft and artistry. This study with descriptive-analytic method has aimed to show what theoretical and practical strategies are for this spiritual conduct.  In the first  type  of corporatism Fotowatnameh,  teachings  and  concepts related to  each craft  have been  mentioned  and  knowing them  are  emphasized.  These  teachings  are  so  important that, in some  Fotowatnameh,  knowing them   is the  condition of  beginning  the  job. Then,  practical  strategies  have been  presented  to  direct   an artist  and artificer  toward  conduct  in the  ethics.  Some of them  are   recommended  before  beginning  the  job  and  craft, and  others are advised  within each stage  of  craft  and  ,in many  cases,  there is close relation between  craft and   strategies. <br /><strong> </strong> بررسی فتوت­‌نامه­‌ها با نگاهی به مباحث معنوی و حکمت هنر نشان می­‌دهد که یکی از بسترهای رشد باطنی و معنوی انسان، پیشه­‌وری و هنرورزی است. در این مقاله که به روش توصیفی و تحلیلی تدوین شده است، تلاش می­‌کنیم که نشان دهیم راه­‌کارهای نظری و عملی برای این سلوک معنوی چیست. در نوع اول فتوت­‌نامه­‌های صنفی، آموزه‌­ها و معانی مربوط به هر پیشه را بیان کرده و بر دانستن آن­ها تأکید می­‌کند. اهمیت این نوع آموزه‌­ها تا جایی است که در برخی فتوت­‌نامه­‌ها دانستن آن­ها شرط آغاز کار بوده است. در گام بعد، راه­‌کارهایی عملی ارائه می‌­شود که این هنرمند را به سلوکی در حوزۀ رفتار هدایت کند. این راه­‌کارها برخی قبل از انجام کار و برخی همراه با هر مرحله از صناعت، توصیه شده و در بسیاری موارد، ارتباط تنگاتنگی با خود عمل دارد. https://ami.journals.hozehkh.com/article_61_3dac3a559492f146619e7736aead6795.pdf
