Journal Article 2018 12 08 This article addresses the Theory of Constructional Perceptions of ‘Allāmah Ṭabaṭabāī, by seeking its aesthetic bases and presuppositions. The conclusion is explained as follows: in the path of man's active action in the world, his recognition mechanism and faculties of performing action find the laws existent in nature by giving order to nature and regulates its actions according to this. The possibility of the attribution of limitations of things to one another which is achieved through use of metaphors and similes, presents man with assumed, probable and anticipative destinations which are the product of the activity of the power of imagination, and by placing him in the two positions of a moral agent and a creator of beauty, invites him to make decisions, perform actions and judgment; all this results in the process of man's existential guidance; and it is obvious that the common term 'natural law' is a synonym for this type of guidance. Therefore, according to the Theory of Constructional Perceptions, in being or natural law is the common article between the two domains of ethics and beauty. هدف این مقاله، تشریح ریشه‌های زیبایی‌شناختی نظریۀ ادراکات اعتباری علامه طباطبایی است، که این هدف را با تحلیل و بازسازی آراء علامه و ضمن تشریح مفروضات زیبایی‌شناختی حاضر در این نظریه دنبال خواهیم کرد. این پژوهش نشان می‌­دهد که دستگاه شناسایی و قوای کنش‌ورزی آدمی با نظم‌نگاری طبیعت، قوانین موجود در آن را یافته و کنش خود را بر همین مدار تنظیم می‌کند. امکان اِسناد حدود اشیاء به یکدیگر، که با مَجازسازی صورت می‌گیرد، غایاتی مفروض، محتمل و پیش‌بینی پذیر را که حاصل فعالیت قوۀ خیال است، پیش چشم انسان قرار داده و او را با قرار دادن در دو مقام فاعل اخلاقی و خالق زیبایی، به تصمیم‌گیری، کنش‌ورزی و داوری فرا می‌خواند. این همه، در فرآیند هدایت تکوینی انسان به بار می‌نشیند و اصطلاح مشهور قانون طبیعی، معادلی برای این نوع هدایت است. بر مدار نظریۀ ادراکات اعتباری، قانون طبیعی همان عنوان مستجمع برای دو ساحت اخلاق و زیبایی است. https://ami.journals.hozehkh.com/article_96_aec88373df80d41577d9a24a6a77671b.pdf
